The Data Protection Authority (DPA) or in Swedish Datainspektionen is responsible for monitoring the application of the legislation, and whoever considers the company to be improperly handling personal data can file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority/Datainspektionen.

At Brf Stensjöplatån we take data protection very seriously. To the extent, we believe that any data questions and/or concerns should be prioritised at the highest level of management in our organisation.
